Our Trainees and Alumni

Our current cohort of trainees, set to complete their training in June 2025, marks the eleventh group to undertake our programme. Our trainees have an excellent track record of securing teaching positions, with many going on to work within our alliance schools.

We take great pride in seeing our trainees grow—from their initial interview and induction to their graduation and beyond. However, completing the course with WRA doesn’t mean the end of our support. We remain available to provide ongoing advice and guidance throughout our graduates' teaching careers.

We love staying connected with our alumni, hearing about their achievements, and celebrating their successes. It’s especially rewarding to see former WRA trainees progress in their careers and return as subject mentors, helping to guide and inspire the next generation of teachers.
