St. Aidan's CE High School
The school, within the Diocese of Leeds and set in the beautiful town of Harrogate in North Yorkshire, was established over fifty years ago through the amalgamation of Christ Church Secondary School for Boys and St. Peter’s Secondary School for Girls, with just 650 pupils on roll but since that time it has developed in prestige and size and now caters for nearly 2000 students.
The success of St. Aidan’s is based on the excellent relationships that are evident between the school, the students, and their parents or carers enabling it to provide the very best in educational opportunities to meet the needs of the students as they move either into Higher Education or employment, as well as contributing to the qualities that allow them to make significant contributions to society upon leaving school.
Our School Vision:
"Living and learning according to our Church Foundation and the example of Saint Aidan, we strive to be a centre of educational excellence where each and everyone knows the gift of life in all its fullness."
